Every WBL mentor is a verified practitioner with domain expertise, industry standing, and the authority to sign off on real capability. The validation standard is set before any mentor joins, because the sign-off has to mean something.
Our selection process is rigorous because our sign-off means something.
Minimum 10 years of practitioner experience in their domain. Currently active in their field, not retired academics.
Assessed for ability to evaluate real-world competency, not just deliver content. Trained in the WBL validation framework.
Matched to learners by sector, function, and seniority. Not assigned generically. Precision matching is a WBL standard.
We are selectively building a practitioner network aligned with WBL's sign-off philosophy. Mentor profiles will be published as the network is verified and onboarded.
We are selective about who joins our mentor network. We are always looking for practitioners who combine deep domain expertise with a commitment to developing the next generation of professionals.
