Payment information
If you purchase access to a programme, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. Whiteboard Labs does not store credit card or financial account details.

5. Mentor Engagement

As part of our programmes, your learning data and competency assessment results may be shared with your assigned industry mentor. Mentors are bound by confidentiality obligations. Sign-off records are issued in your name and may be shared with your institution or employer as part of a cohort or institutional reporting agreement.

6. Institutional Reporting

Where Whiteboard Labs is engaged by a university or enterprise, aggregate and individual competency outcome data may be shared with the relevant institution as part of contractual reporting obligations. This is disclosed at the point of programme enrolment.

7. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Content and platform partners (Velsoft, GIIM) for programme delivery purposes
  • Accreditation bodies (CPD Certification Service, ICCP, NASSCOM) for credential verification
  • Cloud hosting and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements

All third parties who handle personal data on our behalf are required to maintain appropriate security standards.
