Refunds and Cancellations

We are happy to have our customers and ensure their satisfaction. If you feel you may like to cancel a course, or desire a refund, you may do so by the following:

1. sending a mail to mktg@whiteboardlabs.in with your name, registered email id, course name and detailed reason for asking for a refund not less than 100 charectors. 

2. Refund needs to be claimed prior to the completion of the course(s) and issuance of certificate. 

Refund will be processed and made within 7 working days. 

Representations

In case of any representations as a user of this portal / website, you may escalate the matter to the super admin from your dashboard or send us a mail at the contact given below. These can include –

1. User feedback (alternatively please fill in our survey at  https://forms.gle/XMdbfPkTFH32edgd6
2. Complaints maybe sent vide our contact form or email contact given below. Complaints are escalated to super admin and will be reviewed within 48 hours and addressed within 72 hrs.
3. Any issues on content, assessments or user experience in a course, faced by the learner maybe escalated through the dash board itself to super admin.
4. All courses are integrated with a feedback mechanism.

Training Customization

The portal offers a self-review on employability to every learner, known are “Employability Audit”. It is recommended that the learner undergoes this audit which will help them to determine their recommended learning path.

The Audit includes a psychometric test, business acumen, logic, adherence to instruction, integrity test, MBTI, etc. The report is co-signed by a psychologist.

Disability Support

Content is available in written form, audio as well as scripts are available for video. The site is further being interfaced to Alexa and the interface will be available by June, ’24.

Export Controls

You warrant that you are not located in, or ordinarily reside in, any country that is subject to applicable and regulations preventing COLLABZO from providing you access to the Services. Your location is determined by your physical location. Use of a virtual private network service, IP routing services, or other similar service for the purpose of circumventing these laws is strictly prohibited.

You warrant that you are not named on any government prohibited, denied, unverified-party, sanctions, debarment, or exclusion list or export-controlled related restricted party list (collectively, “Sanctions Lists”). You will immediately discontinue your use of the Services if you are placed on any Sanctions List. You also warrant that you will not export, re-export, or transfer the Services to an entity on any Sanctions List or otherwise use the services in a manner that would be in violation of applicable laws.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, COLLABZO may terminate any further obligations to you, effectively immediately if you are in breach of the obligations in this section.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the COLLABZO SOLUTIONS (P) Ltd. And whiteboardlabs Australia Pty Ltd.,  from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, and damages (to the extent attributable to you under the applicable law), including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, made by any third party related to: (a) your use or attempted use of the Services in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or rights of any third party; or (c) User Content, including without limitation any claim of infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
